Shipping charges
Standard nationwide shipping is PKR 500. Shipping is free when the recorded order subtotal reaches PKR 9,999. The admin dashboard settings control these amounts and checkout calculates them automatically.
Confirmation and delivery
After checkout, you receive an order ID for tracking. We may confirm the product, colour, address and payment preference before dispatch. A delivery estimate is shared during confirmation because timing can differ by city and courier availability.
Cancellations
Request cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, cancellation may need to be handled as a return.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the order ID and clear photographs if the parcel is damaged or the wrong item was sent. Keep the product, packaging and labels in their received condition while the issue is reviewed.
Change-of-mind returns
Request a return within seven days of delivery. Eligibility requires the item to be unused, unworn and complete with its original packaging. Opened fragrances and personalised gift items cannot be returned for change of mind. Return shipping is normally paid by the customer unless we supplied an incorrect or verified damaged item.
